Snape had to be lying to LV, Cissy, and Bella about not being able to tell them where Grimmald Place is because harry and DD are talking about it at durelys. Saying the name and everying! this is in Ch. 2+3 of HBP. What do you think?

The Fidelius charm stops someone who knows from telling someone who doesn't know, once you know the secret however you can discuss it freely with others who already know.

Dumbledore mentioned it first, this is important. Remember how Dumbledore is the secret-keeper? Once he tells somebody they know, and by talking about it in front of the Dursleys he as good as told them.
