Harry and Slytherin related?

Harry could be distantly related to slytherin because remember all pure bloods are related. Assuming James` parents were pure blood and they probably were then it would just be a matter of finding out if he had any wizard muggle children in his family. This would invite the question Are Harry and Voldemort related? and if so will this be used in future books?
