Damn, the book's in my mum's room, and she's asleep... but from memory, it says that Harry and lUna did the leading, but I cant' remember it mentioning them leading Ginny... it doesn't say that she can see them, but I don't think that we ever hear for a fact that she can't... it's just assumed... Which leads me to think that she really can see them!

In PoA, Ginny seemed to be terribly affected by the dementors; Hermione and Ron less so. Maybe a hint?
