You're right, the charm Dumbledore put in place is for Harry's protection... the Dursleys most likely get a kinda residual protection (like Groo said, if anyone tried to attack Privet Drive or the Dursleys themselves, someone would show up to defend them) but you're right, I don't think there is any actual protection on the house itself...
