I agree with EWPZ... Joto, if they had no clue Voldemort was still alive, and it wasn't anyone's greatest fear because they thought the danger had passed, why are they still terrified of his name?
I just wanted to add something for this question.I think that they're all scared of saying his name cause that was something implated in their brains...LV was their greatest fears but when he died,it was like he's gone and there was no reason for fear from him but there maybe was a fear that if they say his name or talk about him they'll call him back.He never stopped being the greatest fear,he just faded,if you understand what I mean(it's like a child who fears from the dark,and one day suddenly there is no dark anymore and there even wasn't a chance for child to pass that fear by itself,it just slowly faded...)
