This could be true because DD says that Voldemort uses things that are important to him. His wand helps him take over the world. He could use another person's wand like he killed the Riddles. What do you think??

Of course it is possible, in theory. There are several problems: a wand works by channeling magical energy through it from the body, I'm not sure even Voldemort knows the effect this would have with a lump of soul in there. It might increase the wands power, it might result in the destruction either of the wand or the soul fragment. The most likely result however is that the wand would fire off spells of its own accord. besides, a wand is thrown away upon disarming, it maybe destroyed, it's always in the line of fire, i dont think vold will want to risk a piece of his soul there
