Avatars from scratch.

hmm...well, i mad an avatar from scratch, and i put it on here, and i waited for it to be approved by an admin. well, about a week has passed, and in my profile, it appears as my current avatar, but i can't see it in any of my posts. Stucko Queen (my sister) also has this problem, and both of ours were made by ourselves, are in Graphic Interchange Format (.gif) and were made using Microsoft Picture It! 2000. so, why won't it appear? it's less than 135x141 pixels and less than 9KB, both of which are the correct limits, i've checked numerous times, but it still won't appear. why?

Really sorry TDM, Stucko Queen and everyone who is waiting for me to do stuff...I've been totally thrown off-kilter in the last couple of weeks and I apologise for being behind with a whole lot of things. I'll try to catch up over the next week or so with PMs and all that's needed to be done. I've approve the avatars now - nice ones!
