HBC was my No 1 Bellatrix, I absolutely love that they cast her. I liked Helen McCrory too, but if she'll have a baby, congratulations. I hope they stick with her for HBP, I'm so looking forward to the scene in Spinner's End.

What do you think of Luna?

When I saw her, I never imagined her to be blond. I didn't remember that from the books and always imagined her to be a brunette, however that said, she looks very dreamy (very apt!) cos of the shape of her eyes, I really hope she's as good as JKR thinks she is.

The books describe her as dirty blonde. But I guess that's not blond enough for a blockbuster movie, but well. She's definitely got some kind of airy aura, I'm very much looking forward to seeing her in action. At least that makes one actress who's actually read the books. :-?

Yeah I agree, I hope she takes a look at the forums as well for hints on what we all hope from her.

Sometimes I don't think the actors realise how much hope we place in them, certainly Michael Gambon kind of gave me that impression when he was on the BBC programme called Top Gear. (You can see a clip of this on Leaky Cauldron)

Hm, I certainly don't place my hope on anything connected to the movies; I have to admit I don't like them except for maybe CoS. It never fails to surprise me how many really good actors are willing to play a zero-depth character with a few alibi lines only to be associated with the Harry Potter movies. Alan Rickman once said something along the lines of 'Snape is annoyed with Potter, but he doesn't let it get to him too much'. That's a fatal interpretation. Honestly, I think a kid that's never acted before but is totally into the books could never scr*w up his role as much as most of the adults have already done. (/rant) :)
