Sorcerer's Stone on ABC: POA Previews... Spoilers for POA

Postby Becca » Monday 10 May 2004 9:22:50am

Did anyone else see the POA previews during the ABC airing of SS? They were awesome! Finally, a full picture of Buckbeak! And did any other R/H shippers get all warm and fuzzy over the scene outside the Shrieking Shack? That is going to be so great. I can't wait! It looks like Alfonso Cuaron did a spectacular job at capturing the emotions and tensions of the third book. The special effects are top notch too, particularly Lupin (as the werewolf), Buckbeak, and the Dementors. :D

We only get ABC in my parents room so our whole family is sitting on my parents bed with the dog and two kittens, taping a movie that we own two copies of!! I was particularly happy to see that it was extended, that they put the deleted seens from the DVD into the movie.

And, yes I think that PoA is going to be ab fab.

That actually sounds like a nice family evening.
There were scenes in it that were not on the deleted scenes from the DVD too so that was kind of cool.
There was stuff that really was never before seen footage!
