How much would it have cost to set up the site in the first place, you think?

Well, since paul sells stuff on it, the site is a bit more valuable. He's probably paying about 10$ (don't know how much that converts into pounds) a month for the domain name. Adding in the work he put into it.... you can't make a claim in court for less than 100$ (at least in the American Judicial system, you can, but you'd be a fool, because the cost to bring your case to court would be at least 100) so I put my money their (no pun intended)

Hmm, I don't know, the judicial system itself seems a little dodgy to me, but that's the way it is...

When going to court costs you... even if you've done nothing wrong.
